ИЗМЕНЧИВОСТЬ ПЛЮСОВЫХ ДЕРЕВЬЕВ СОСНЫ ОБЫКНОВЕННОЙ НА АРХИВЕ КЛОНОВ ПО ISSR-МАРКЕРАМ

Аннотация


Приведены данные исследования генетической изменчивости по ISSR-маркерам плюсовых деревьев сосны обыкновенной на архиве клонов, позволивших выделить 144 полиморфных локуса. Основные параметры генетической изменчивости деревьев составили: индекс Шеннона – 0,407, генетическое разнообразие по Нею – 0,257, эффективное число аллелей – 1,405.
