ПЛАТА ЗА УСЛУГИ ПО ОКРУЖАЮЩЕЙ СРЕДЕ: СРАВНИТЕЛЬНЫЙ АНАЛИЗ ИТАЛЬЯНСКОГО ОПЫТА В ЛЕСНОМ СЕКТОРЕ

Аннотация


Анализируются возможности различных по сложности моделей платы за услуги по окружающей среде (ПУОС) на примере лесных услуг с акцентом на экологический туризм. Анализ показывает, что рынки различного рода лесных услуг в Италии имеют отличия по готовности и размерам. Проявление их результативности широко варьирует. Для окончательной оценки реальных возможностей исполнения ПУОС в Италии требуются дальнейшие исследования.
